About TeeHound

Public Alpha

Find a tee time now—or stop checking until one opens.

TeeHound is a provider-neutral search and monitoring tool for Bay Area golfers. It helps you compare supported availability, watch supported courses, and continue to the course's provider to book.

Two ways to avoid checking course sites one by one

Search what is open

Compare fresh times across supported courses using the same date, time, party size, distance, and price context.

Search tee times

Watch for an opening

Save the supported courses and criteria you would want to play. TeeHound sends a best-effort email when fresh inventory newly matches.

Why I built it

I'm John Agate, a Bay Area golfer and the independent builder of TeeHound. Finding an available round often means opening several course and booking sites, entering the same details repeatedly, and comparing results that are presented differently. Waiting for a scarce opening means doing that work again and again.

TeeHound brings supported options into one search and can remember a golfer's criteria for an alert. It does not process bookings or payments, hold a tee time, or guarantee that an opening remains available. The course and its booking provider confirm availability, pricing, eligibility, and the completed reservation.

Current status

Public Alpha

TeeHound is publicly reachable for owner-led testing but is not yet actively promoted. Live search and alerts work for supported courses. Other reviewed public courses have booking links but no live TeeHound inventory. Search remains account-free, while alerts use a verified email so golfers can manage or delete saved criteria across devices.

Questions, corrections, and feedback

If a result looks wrong, an alert is confusing, or a course is missing, email john@teehound.com. Partnership inquiries are welcome there too.
