For courses and booking providers

Help Bay Area golfers discover available rounds

TeeHound compares nearby public tee-time availability and sends golfers to the course's authorized booking provider to complete checkout.

We are looking for a small, read-only pilot with Bay Area courses and booking providers. TeeHound does not process bookings or payments, create golfer accounts, or request customer, member, or payment data.

The model

Discovery here. Booking with your provider.

TeeHound stays outside the transaction and gives the existing booking relationship a clearer path from golfer intent to provider checkout.

  1. 1

    Approved availability

TeeHound receives public availability through a provider-approved API, feed, or distribution path.

  2. 2

    Useful comparison

Golfers compare start time, provider-advertised price, distance, holes, available spots, and freshness.

  3. 3

    Authorized checkout

Every booking action sends the golfer to the course's reviewed provider flow to complete the booking.

Pilot proposal

Deliberately small and reversible

Start with two or three courses for 30 days, prove accurate referrals, and expand only if the pilot is useful.

  • Provider-approved refresh limits, caching, and backoff
  • Clear course and provider attribution
  • Direct links to the existing booking flow
  • Anonymous aggregate outbound-click reporting
  • Immediate disablement upon request
  • No exclusivity, volume, or service-level commitment

Independent and accountable
